Subscriptions to Maison One are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Maison One to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge, and we will review the case.

3. Discretionary Refunds

Maison One reserves the right to grant refunds at its sole discretion.
