By accessing or using Maison One ("the Service"), available at maison1.one, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Maison One is a hotel price comparison tool that helps users compare cash prices and loyalty points values across major hotel brands. The Service is provided for informational and reference purposes only.
The Service currently covers the following hotel loyalty programs:
- IHG One Rewards
- Marriott Bonvoy
- Hilton Honors
- World of Hyatt
3. Data Accuracy
All pricing data, points values, and cost-per-point (CPP) calculations displayed on Maison One are provided on an "AS IS" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.
Hotel prices and points requirements change frequently. You should always verify pricing directly with the hotel or loyalty program before making any booking decisions. Maison One is not responsible for any discrepancies between the data shown on our Service and the actual prices offered by hotels.
4. Trademark Notice
IHG One Rewards, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, and World of Hyatt are registered trademarks of their respective owners: IHG Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide Holdings, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Maison One is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All brand names and trademarks are used solely for identification and informational purposes.
5. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account using a Magic Link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
- Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data provided by the Service
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service's infrastructure
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity in connection with your use of the Service
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison One and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall the total liability of Maison One exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Refund Policy
Subscriptions to Maison One are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Maison One to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge, and we will review the case.
Maison One reserves the right to grant refunds at its sole discretion.
